Franziska Kobe, BAP PhD Student at Freie Universitaet Berlin, recently presented a guest lecture for Palynology Short Talks – Session 11: Vegetation History. This talk was part of the student research showcase and infographic and lightning talk sessions, sponsored by AASP-TPS and BES Palaeoecology Group.
The presentation was on May 18th and entitled “Investigating the possibility of boreal tree taxa presence in the CIS Baikal (Eastern Siberia) during the LGM using pollen records”. This presentation highlighted Franziska’s PhD project and contribution to the BAP.
