Dr. Jana Gliwa wins the von Pawel-Rammingen Award for best dissertation

Congratulations to Dr. Jana Gliwa, BAP researcher, who was recently awarded a prize for best dissertation! Her dissertation was entitled “The role of seawater warming for the end-Permian mass extinction event.” The award is named after the donating couple, von Pawel-Rammingen, and was awarded for the first time this year from the Natural History Museum Berlin for the best dissertation (done in collaboration with the museum) over the the last two years.
